The Service

Kestrel is a free daily email brief covering Australian Defence and sovereign industry. We aim to publish each edition on weekday mornings, but we do not guarantee delivery, timing, or uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue the Service at any time.

Intellectual property

The Kestrel name, brand, and the editorial content of the brief and website are owned by Kestrel. You may read, forward, and share editions for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or create derivative commercial products from the content without our written permission. Third-party names, facts, and quoted material remain the property of their owners.

Subscriptions

Subscribing is free and confirmed by email (double opt-in). Every edition contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all email immediately. Your details are handled as set out in our privacy statement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, harvest subscriber data, submit others' addresses without consent, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
